Museum Tour With My Mirror

               

The third semesters weekend if I'm not mistaken, I'm traveling with my girlfriend that is fun to visit the museum of Bank Indonesia in Central Jakarta. This is the first time for us to visit a museum, because museum is fascinating and sophisticated so we were curious to visit it. At that time we used public transportation to get there. After we get it turned museum is not open yet, eventually we had to wait in the courtyard of the museum like the picture above.

After it was opened, we entered the museum guided by a guide, the first room is biorama of Indonesian economy in the kingdom era. In that time the kitchen spices are very expensive as gold. In that room, we also presented a video illustration of how the colonists invaded Indonesia by ship. The video comes with sound effects that make us like being therein. We feel come into the story in the 

video.

Museum of Bank Indonesia has historical stories about Indonesia, especially in economy. As was seen in the figure below, is a collection of Indonesian currency since the colonial period. This currency is genuine and it compiled in value from the smallest to the largest. Not only the currencies of Indonesia, there is also a collection of foreign currency in the past.

 The more we explore this museum, we got a lot of information about the history of Indonesia. Like the one shown below, I forgot that, but I just remember this story of the picture is the state officials were meeting to discuss the Indonesian economy. Next, we went to another room to look around.

My photo below has its own story. But, sorry I forgot the full story. As I recall, the phones that are behind me illustrates that there was so many phone call at the same time when economic crisis in Indonesia.

The end of the trip at the museum, we take pictures in various corner of museums. In this museum there is a large yard in the middle of the building. In there visitors can relax or take pictures as we were. Not far from that page there is a board shaped like Rp. 10,000 were cut right in the face of the Mrs. Kartini. Me and my girlfriend take pictures there as if we are a model in the currency.

When we get there, there is no tool that is currently in demand by teens is "tongsis", so we had to ask for help from passers-by to photograph the two of us.

This is the end of our trip extra special. Unlike couples in general, we chose the museum as a destination we traveled. Wherever we go, the places we visit always be our history. Bank Indonesia as the museum that contains the history of the Indonesian economy is our  witness history. Exciting, interesting, and historic, that can be drawn from Bank Indonesia Museum. History is not boring, but it is fun. A relationship if it is not built from the boring, there would be no interesting history and fun to relate to others. Go with your partner to a place that is unique and rarely visited by the people, because that's where you can establish good communication with your partner. Do not forget to capture the moment, the picture can be a silent witness to the history of your relationship.
